1st According to the Act of 2 March 2000 "On protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product the customer may cancel goods purchased in our store, without giving any reason within 10 days from the date of receipt of delivery. It is possible only if the product has not been used, nor was damaged in any way. Goods must be returned in its original packaging intact.
2nd Condition for accepting the return is a reference:
- The product is not used, undamaged and in original packaging
- Obtained with the consignment bill / receipt.
- A letter describing the reason for return
3rd Guarantee the return of the product. We do not bear the cost of shipping goods.

5th Returns or complaints should be sent by registered mail. We do not accept any items returned COD.
6th Complaints relating to mechanical damage caused during transport will be considered solely on the basis of the complaint protocol signed in the presence of the deliverer.
7th Complaints regarding non-compliance of the goods sent with the order we consider on the basis of a written notification (email). Within two working days of receipt of the notification will be contacted with the client to agree on next steps.
8th Complaints about the difference in the appearance of the received goods ordered arising from the difference in setting the parameters of the monitor client, and in particular the difference in colors and shades of stone, are not grounds for returning the goods.
9th Before shipment all goods are checked by us. However, if we miss some "bug" will refund the duty element, or having it in stock we will send item without flaws.
10th Money owed for returned goods will be sent to the customer within 4 working days.
