2nd Skarbynatury.pl Online Store sells via the Internet. Sales are on Polish territory (it is possible to dispatch to the European Union countries or outside Europe).
3rd Orders are accepted via the website www.skarbynatury.pl, and in exceptional cases, via email at katarzynagrynda@vp.pl.
4th Orders can be submitted only by customers who have completed 18 years and are registered in the shop skarbynatury.pl. Order processing, delivery and payment
1st The shop skarbynatury.pl only form of payment is bank transfer (prepayment).
2nd The merchandise is sent to the Polish Post. Orders are shipped within three business days after receipt of payment to our bank account.
3rd In exceptional circumstances (such as our departure after the goods leave) shipping can be implemented at a later date. Such unusual situations, customers will be informed in advance by e-mail.

- Purchases in excess of the amount of 500 zł = Treasures of Nature cover shipping costs.
Pocztexu also introduced a service. It is the only courier working in my city. This service costs 30 zł.
8th The store reserves the right to cancel the contract in cases of:
- Partial or incorrect filling the order form

Returns and Complaints
1st According to the Act of 2 March 2000 "On protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product the customer may cancel goods purchased in our store, without giving any reason within 10 days from the date of receipt of delivery. It is possible only if the product has not been used, nor was damaged in any way. Goods must be returned in its original packaging intact.
2nd Condition for accepting the return is a reference product is not used, undamaged and in original packaging and received with the postal bill / receipt.

5th Returns or complaints should be sent by registered mail. We do not accept any items returned COD.
6th Complaints relating to mechanical damage caused during transport will be considered solely on the basis of the complaint protocol signed in the presence of the deliverer.
7th Complaints regarding non-compliance of the goods sent with the order we consider on the basis of a written notification (email). Within two working days of receipt of the notification will be contacted with the client to agree on next steps.
8th Complaints about the difference in the appearance of the received goods ordered arising from the difference in setting the parameters of the monitor client, and in particular the difference in colors and shades of stone, are not grounds for returning the goods.
